We want you to love your happi hooks. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Return Window You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, hooks must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return Email us at happihooks@gmail.com with your name, order details, and reason for return. We'll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we can't process your refund until we receive the item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund via PayPal within 5 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when it's processed.

Non-Returnable Items We're unable to accept returns on items that have been used or removed from original packaging for hygiene reasons.
